To be fair to Flavel, wasn’t he appointed on eve of season after Mo did a runner, leaving Flavel to pick up the pieces?

Very true and that is commendable but you still need to be able to implement a game plan regardless of weather it works or not. My understanding is the players are not happy with the coaching staff but in fairness to the coaches they players should be concentrating on playing better footy.

West meadows let down alot of people

Hes also owed 40k I don't blame him at all was a fantastic person, once again club committee should stand down in shame

I’d watch Roxy v CB.

Roxy are falling away like last season. Only still in hunt for finals due to HS & St.A losing 4 points & easy draw.

Someone on here posted they think CB can still make finals.

No was offered a job at Richmond VFL line
coach and was Football operations at westy.
They treated no like s** !

He put the little
money he got back in the club but I g dinners
for the young kids gave money he won back to
the club for more equipment they never got.
He's owed a lot of money and said make sure
players get paid first !

Flavell is only there for the money and he
knew. Weeks before the season he got the job
over coach's like hollow & honan that didn't
even get the respect of being asked to
interview.

Glacial been oversee another year and he's
only there for the money! Funny how he's
been paid and not the players.
Good on players that left the lies and shot that
comes from the committee is a joke.

Grant keeps getting voted in by the supporters so what’s he to do ! They have people in positions that couldn’t even organise a lady’s day God Help them with the reverse Draw
They will probs miss place money like they did with swanny’s two games when they should of made 60k + but made $620

Agree committee should stand down The President, Tennant, keenan, the treasurer stojanovski just to name a few, all of them have made bad decisions in relation to last year, money, how they have treated Mo is disgraceful. Also the appointment of coach not interviewing anyone just appointing Ash was a massive mistake and to make sure he's paid and players ain't is rubbish. The players are openly talking they will walk, this time the loyal ones that stayed will go if Ash continues and money doesn't flow..

From what I wrote it’s easy to understand !

People blaming Grant and Mo when it’s not their fault ! Sorry I grew up in Dallas and didn’t get educated !

Gist is westy needs to look at who’s in the committee and Balme them and Ash .

Us players get told last week at training by one of the players dads that their isn’t any money and we wouldn’t get paid till season end is a disgrace.

Good luck to everyone else but when you look at it why would Ash be offered an extra year when he’s destroyed us lol he can’t even coach and lost the playing group.

All we need is a huge over hall of the club from top to bottom from bottom to top

Question I have is if ash is only there for the money you are a player as you say and aren’t getting paid why are you kicking up such a huge fuss on this forum . Are you only there for one thing If the coach can’t coach and the money has dried up ?

Sorry but I’m pretty sure committee of anyone is allowed on the ground when there is a push and shove ? I’m not sure what you wanted them to do if there was a scuffle on the ground

MO did a runner ? Mo was offerered a job at VFL level ,what coach in his right mind would turn this down . Westy took the quickest ,easiest and cheapest way out by appointing Flavel to the main role they should have appointed a interim coach and gone out to market to see who was around even at that late stage of the season

agree committee should stand down, is getting a bit stale at the top they are looking after the wrong people, far i know, grant, keenan and stojanovski are stepping down anyway, don't know about the others, they also lost good junior parents and players as well eg junior co-ordinator who was a fantastic assess to the club and other long term volunteers, players have been getting paid but only half of match game payments and owe a sh it load to the edfl from last season as well, yes Mo was owed a lot of money and they never attempted to pay him, but they did pay a lot other people to help around the club even to pick up rubbish,
