Indeed it isn't.

I don't doubt one or the other was made. My concern remains the fact the only information about the salary cap indiscretions about the two clubs and now the alleged request to move to Div 2 has come from a small band of posters on a local footy forum rather than the EDFL itself.

I don't know, but it was possibly mentioned here.

I honestly don't think I'm asking much for the governing body to come out and make an announcement at the time of sanctions.

They absolutely were advised on the Friday before Rd1

Assuming the big 4 prem clubs would all be opposed, just as they were for st Bernard’s a few years back.

I’d be surprised if those clubs thing PEGS are threat like they do with St Bernard’s.
There are lots of rules in place that PEGS must follow.
But I would imagine if pegs are allowed in then st Bernard’s might try again using them as a precedent
