East Sunbury 18s How long will they last ?
Only two rounds in and they have been beaten by a total of 344 points so far.. Looks as though all games V East Sunbury will be only percentage booster games for the rest of the competition.......pretty sad state for a club that wants to grow. Have seen them play and can sum it up in one word " PATHETIC " you have to feel sorry for them and will they see out the season ? that is the big question , numbers are dropping of already...... not looking to good.
The trend seems to continue in their Junior Ranks aswell with the teams being flogged.
Now for a club that has no U16s and teams being pounded every week what happens now ? Well the Chairman P.M believes that they are going to have seniors next season................what a joke , the club will be on it's knees by seasons end.
The EDFL has taken on a basket case here and that is due to the people running the East Sunbury Sporting Group , yes the ESSG. These people who are so football inept have no idea of what to do next or even what they are doing.
They didn't investigate the move to the EDFL thoroughly enough and jumped right into the deep end and it is a MESS. People behind the scenes have had enough and want it run as a football club like it should be because at the moment it is run by the ESSG.
Rumour has it that the current committee will be shown the door as things gather momentum behind the scenes.... They say "the fish rots at the head " and you need not look any further than the self appointed Chairman P.M, He has embarrassed the club with his ridiculous publicity and they want him GONE and then the club can rebuild and move in the right direction.
Localy in the community everyone is watching the results unfold on the EDFL website and it looks like a joke , so well done P.M........ YOU have made this into a DISASTER and allot of family's are very dissapointed and I bet the League are too.
You look around and see peoples faces after the games O.M.G Well done, enough said.

There are 4 or more clubs in b grade who get smashed every week and they have been around for years. If you or anyone thought this wouldnt happen to your club, well then stop drinking your own bath water mate

Hey guys just got back from overseas, looking for a club to have a kick with a good bunch of blokes!! Played juniors in the edfl a few years ago and really like the comp!!

Bazzinger punk..........well if you only knew what really goes on at this club , people are not to quick to point the finger as you point out ...... read into the quote properly and try and digest some of the problems that this club has within, it's also a culture thing and the wrong people have the reins right now and it needs a clean out before it is to late. The club needs football people on board and not try hards who think they know it all and their ignorance will get in front of progress , and at the end of the day the only ones who suffer will be the KIDS.

Sorry jb but that sounds like a person who really does care about the footy club, but dosnt have the courage to do what ever it takes to help the club.....You dont have to be the president, but lm sure you can offer any advise or wisdom you have and pass it on to them. As far as calling the results thus far " Pathetic ", do you you really think that needed to be said. The boys are having a crack in a tough league, so give it a rest..
lm not trying to have a go at you mate, but l can tell you for a fact that what your saying in a public forum will not help the EDFL perception of your club, it will only hinder it...

I, Barnibus Stinson, do decree, under the guidelines of the Bro Code (legendary) in the interest of fair play, that anyone of the magnificent tipsters does not enter a selection will ge given away teams.
Under provision of above Bro Code, will calculate what score LFS starts on - but will not start higher than anyone based alone on the away teams format ( known hereafter as article 118.3 of the bro code)

Radio coverage reported Glenn Manton reported twice and sent off. Not sure who it was, but a player needed an ambulance called. I'm pretty sure it was due to contact with the head.

Know a few AW boys and they are in it for more than just this year, they had Ladies Day today and from all reports there was a heap of Ladies and a great day had by all. I think there is knowledgeable people behind the scenes at the club who have the clubs best interest at heart, I think they will be a force for many years to come
