Pretty sure Lakes are trying to get an 18’s up and running will not have 16’s as coach has left and gone to EK, under 14 coach the same.

You generally find in that situation that the appointed person over compensates in a desperate attempt to appear impartial.

They know that everyone is watching them very closely, ever ready to call “conflict of interest”, or “biased”.

Consequently the club they were affiliated with gets absolutely no favours at all, sometimes quite the opposite.

Nothing to do with strathmore mate. Just think they should have targeted someone from another league maybe. That way there is no biased given and the person would be neutral. I bet other than Stax we a think this way.
