What a game. So much grit across the field. We had some players that made mistakes that we will need to clean up if we are to go further but that was a great experience.

only a few goals but he was just directly or indirectly involved in so much. To lose anothwr tall in a final and change the structure on the fly. I thought the big impact was Hipwood attack on the ball across the game was first class. Don't think he gave an intercept mark away all night absolutely lifted.

What more can you say about Neale, just took over with the gap left by Lyons and did the work of two men. Unbelievable.

Talking to friends who've travelled, the combination of COVID and s**t house airlines really put me off going up.

I'm going next week. Hopefully it's in Sydney. If it's in Melbourne, I might have to suck it up and put the miles into the wife.

I went up for the Carlton game and didn't have any issues. Was just financial for me. Saved it for a trip down to Melbourne for the GF if we make it instead of going up this game.
And then just hope for a final against the Swans in Sydney next week.

The only downside from this is no team is going to leave him to his own devices going forward. Damien Hardwick learnt the hard way that letting him run free is season ending. Oof.

McCluggage was another one who stood out.

We played 6 kids this year and are transitioning into the next phase and doing it well
we will have another year into Sonsie,Gibcus,Miller,MRj , Cumberland , Ross , Clarke , Browne , Biggy , Banks and hopefully get Taranto and get depth into our midfield which is struggling and suffered soon as Prestia went off we were always going to struggle.
