Right, Lopetegui out.
Never made sense from the start. Moyes was relatively successful but I get the football was bland, so they go and get a new manager and hes even more boring than Moyes except shit.
There's guys like De Zerbi, Potter, Iraola etc around who they could have sniffed but made a horrible appointment

Sullivan wanted someone with experience it's his MO.

I had some hope early, but the football the last few games has been dire and you can tell the players aren't playing for him.

Would pull the plug now and bring Terzic in, but knowing Sullivan, he won't make a move until Christmas at least.

Draw would have been very harsh on Bournemouth. They were by far the better team on the day.

Pretty poor all round from us, only really started to make things difficult for them after 80 minutes.

Has any player fallen off a cliff quicker than Phillips that wasn't injury based?
Maybe Deli Alli?
He should be running the middle for Ipswich but he sucks.
Was he ever good?
Such a plodder. Can’t pass, slow. He’s English which is why he’s in EPL.
He’s Championship material at best

Gundoggan back is so uninspired.
I was hoping he'd be returning as a squad/backup player but he's starting pretty much every match. I think we need to look at alternatives there.

That's a heartbreaker for Ipswich at the end there.

Can't ask for much more than that, especially after the horrid start. Still think the midfield mix needs work

that result has been coming for about a month and it should've been a lot worse. Side looked old and slow and Bournemouth younger, faster and more aggressive. Pressed when they had to and crowded out the middle, which really is the mo against us these days. Naming kdb on the bench and not even being fit enough to do the pre game warm up was quite bizarre. Wanted to see what the youngsters could so at 2-0 down but they seem to be seat fillers only.

I mean, he was picked for England and played for them and was signed by city. He was obviously decent at a point.

Phillips was fairly average player before Bielsa arrived and put him in no. 4 spot. Had a very good first season in the PL. Missed a lot of football in second season but was important at end of that season to help keep us up. Been downhill since he joined City

Forest sitting in 3rd at the moment. If this is a dream, please don't wake me.

Chris Wood scores again. CHO scores again. Then Aina with a cracker. If it weren't for Fabianski, we would have put up 6.

People can go on about our defensive play, but our counter attack is superb.

I feel sorry for Phillips. He was good at Leeds, but the move to us was a disaster for him.

Not entirely his fault, we barely gave him a chance. I think his best bet now is a move back to Leeds, in a lower division and see what happens.

So?
I could make 20 players that have played for England that are meh.

He was a poor man’s Rice. Don’t get me started on him.
Never said he was a world beater but you said he was championship standard, he was clearly better than that.

He’s been stealing a £150,000 a week wage for years. He’s fine.

I used to think that with all the money and fame these guys get how could they not be happy.

But there's too many examples of pro athletes showing that isn't always the case.

I don't know his personality, or his life or his state of mind. But if you're not right mentally £150k a week counts for **** all.

Yeah that's not true.
No one would rather be poor and sad than rich and sad. Alot easier to focus on yourself when you have freedom to do whatever you want in your life versus trying to work on yourself and fighting for your next meal

Yeah I think money obviously helps, it doesnt cure anything but I think it certainly helps for you to be able to try to beat your demons or at least cope with them.

A millionaire can stay in bed for two weeks when in a rough spell cos they dont have to worry about the rent.

The poor unfortunately have to battle those demons whilst still trying to find rent money and their next meal.

Depression doesnt discriminate for sure but I reckon being rich, would certainly help you fight it a lot better.
