It doesn't help when the Sky commentary team clearly don't know the rules.
But keepers go for the ball BEFORE the headers. This keeper couldn't because he was deliberately blocked. You're effectively saying that keepers should come for the ball AFTER headers? Nah mate.

Jones looked a mile offside anyway, surprised that wasn't checked. If Jones was actually a prem standard player he would have put that away before Bort got near him.

The linesman must have judged that Silva was interfering with the keeper as Stones headed the ball - so flagged for offside.
VAR showed Silva was blocking the keeper as the corner was taken but no foul. He wasn't interfering with the keeper when Stones headed it. A good referral by VAR and correct decision to award the goal.
