I'll throw up if Nic Nat taps the ball to himself in the ruck, roves it, and runs to 50 and kicks a goal. He has done this more than once against us in the past.

Fletcher is a definite in this week, and he'll take Lycett. Hooker to Kennedy and Hurley to Darling. May need to bring in T-bell to help out Ryder, who will need everything he has to take down Naitanui. Big risk if we try Ryder and Joe, as I can see Cox feasting on Daniher.

Their run absolutely flattened us last year. They ran in numbers through the corridor last year and obliterated us on the counter. I'll put that down to the fact we were going to be destroyed by the AFL, but nonetheless we MUST force them to play possession football. We also NEED to take the game on this weekend. Short-precise kicks which break the game open and we are on the way to winning. The Eagles can't stop quick transitioning. This means no shit, cute passes from players like Dempsey which result in turn overs

I don't see how we win this on form? West Coast are flying & have smashed Crows & Pies with a hard running game that has overlap & more importantly has been highly efficient inside 50. Kennedy, Darling & Lycett look dangerous & Nic Nat is returning to his best.

We on the other hand have been indecisive, error ridden & massively inefficient inside 50. Personally I thought that's the worse Ive seen us play since 2010 Friday night.

Hope somehow we turn it around, but I doubt it.

Can't really take much out of their win on the weekend. Collingwood are rubbish at the moment and they had the rub of the umpires. We're definitely a good chance.. unless we dish up that crap from last week again.

The point stands that your view on cred and whether it's valid is meaningless. I didn't say I gave a prediction but my opinion implies a prediction given my view on his skills so if you weren't clear on that and missed the point you can take it now.

I really don't care for your barbs so don't do it as it's below the standards of behaviour set for conversations between fans on this board these days and makes it less enjoyable. Kthx.
Fair call. I should endeavor to soften my criticisms.
But you seriously want Colyer traded? It's just... Wow...
Up until recently it would be a totally fair call, but now he is running hot and finally shown that he can play at this level. He is fast as hell and pretty damn creative. It's exactly what this team needed. In 12 months time if he has gone back to shit again, then it's open for discussion, but it appears right now that he is cementing a well earned place in our best 22 offering something that no one else does, and is drastically needed. In a few weeks he will be 23 so he is running pretty much on schedule for breaking into a strong team. At this stage he is a genuine chance of getting to the level of Hill or Jetta if things go well.

B: Baguley, Hooker, Fletcher
HB: Hibberd, Hurley, Dempsey
C: Zaharakis, Watson, Stanton
HF: Goddard, Carlisle, Z. Merrett
F: Chapman, Bellchambers, Colyer
R: Ryder, Heppell, Hocking
I/C: Myers, Winderlich, Kavanagh, Melksham (sub)

In: Watson, Hibberd, Fletcher, Bellchambers
Out: Howlett, Dell'Olio, Fantasia, Daniher

but if Melksham has a lockdown role, he wont get much i the way of stats, and therefore will have a shit game and should be dropped.

am I doing it right?
I know you're being sarcastic but his average disposal count when tagging is higher than when he's not

If I want to go to the Essendon vs. West Coast game using a Essendon membership of my cousins. Is it necessary I pay? And if so how much and where do I do it? As it stands in my head now, I think he has paid for a membership but has to pay more to go to the games. What is the point?

Where is the buy now portal? Is it necessary to pay the 7 dollar handling fee?

It starts with shutting out Hurn. He can set up play like very few others with the ability to do a bullet like 50+ metre disposal with great efficiency. That makes him dangerous anywhere on the ground and opens up options aplenty.

Next up I'd take Gaff out of the game. The last couple of weeks he's looked like the player I thought he'd be after his debut year. Why? Time and space.

From there, we play quality team defence and maybe, just maybe, when going forwards we can do so with some fluency and lower our eyes.

Who will Eric Mackenzie take?

Carlisle or Hurley.

Whom ever it may be, has a very tough day at the office ahead of them.

You'll need to get a ticket from the normal booths but you shouldn't need to pay, even if they try to make you. If you buy online you would need to pay the $7 handling fee.
Edit: I would probably go online anyway in case they sell out.

All Essendon home games are fully ticketed matches, which means you have to reserve a seat.

I take it your cousin must have a flexi membership?

Just got an SMS from the club that if i swipe my membership card i can sit in general admission seats for no cost. That said i had already paid for my reserved seats, $30 for adult and $12 junior.

Hey guys, not trying to stir anything up here, but how do you think the current court case will effect the players, if at all. In the past it seems like when you guys have a tough week off field, it brings the group together and you play really well. Happened last year against us at subi, and also against freo at subi.

Anyway, good luck, gunna be a cracking game, do or die for both of us!!
