Well, there are 2 teams that play each game. Saints improved and Demons improved even more. They used up their first round picks for trades, etc. Saints postponed theirs to 2017 draft. Demons in traded their 2016 first rounder in 2015 so they could get Oliver. No surprise he's probably in their B&F's top 5. Next 2 years when the 2016's Hawthorn deal will deliver the fruits.
Here's the thread btw. Lots of people in there saying no more wins after winning just 5 games.

Keep Rohan Welsh as I believe the defence unit is very good & will be elite once the midfield & forward line improves.

If he's available get Clarkson. Sure Sydney look to play finals and have done well from 0-6 but they have better cattle than the Hawks. How well has Clarko done to turn them around? I say throw the kitchen sink at him. The biggest coups in recent history are Lockett (maybe not so recent but I'm old), Hall to Sydney and Lyon to Freo as well as Danger to Geelong and Ablett to GC amongst others. Point being, we get talent taken from us all the time it seems. How about we land a big fish? If nothing else, it'd keep the preseason busy with everyone talking about us.

If Clarkson was extractable from Hawthorn, you'd expect that Collingwood would be all over him with a huge deal. Statement of Intent signing.

We let him get a free run and jump at the ball. Hawthorn scragged him and took away his run and leap it was that simple.

I've decided that Hammil is a ****ing potato. Seriously, what he has implemented in our fwd half is killing us all over the ground.
Leading patterns / leading non-existence is causing our mids / backs to stall when moving the pill fwd.
Tall fwds continually leading to the same spots causing congestion & spoiling each other.
Small fwds failing to sit at the feet of talls causing missed opportunities for crumbs as well as the oppo def running the footy out far too easily.
Slow buildups thru the midfield caused by nothing upfield in the fwd half to kick to.
FMD get rid of this campaigner & we'll win 15 games next year.

Btw I've seen a lot of people put the goal accurracy on hammil. The goal kicking coach is now Ben mcglynn

Isolated incident. Generally we've been pretty good in that area despite lacking quality.
Not isolated. We set up exactly the same way against Geelong last year with the exact same time to go in the exact same spot on the ground.
We learnt nothing from that escape and close win. It cost us a game a year later.

Sort of my point about my post. You are also guessing Hamill teaches them poor running patterns. We don't have a clue what they are teaching but my guess is if you think the running patterns are poor then I doubt Hamill is teaching that. We have young learning players. Maybe they are still learning. Remember and mids and backs are much more experienced.

Has been mentioned a couple of times about Schneider just don't see what he offers, really think Richo needs to get a couple of experienced assistants around him like Knights - Ratten types imo

Found Schneider articulate , strong knowledge of forward craft you would think assist Gresham, Long ,
Freeman , Lonie ( if retained ) .
As have mentioned previously Hodge would be number 1 sitting next to Richo for me by a long way
Number 2 for me would be Michael Voss again by a long way.
Think Ratten would be fantastic doing Danny Sexton role.
Would have Ben Hart defensive coach lives in Melbourne wants to coach too.
