McLaren are appealing Lando's penalty.

Thing is, he wouldn't be.
He would either be winning it or at least way closer..

Lewis in that MCL which has been the best car this year for the majority of it would have at least 3 maybe even 4 or more wins than Lando has.
Same with Lec as i think he is a better driver than Lando.
Alonso is debatable as we haven't really seen him in a truly competitive car in a long time.

Lewis would be behind Piastri AND Lando.

People have to stop thinking the current Lewis is what he was 5 years ago.

He isn't, he's not even George Russell now.

In a long line of idiot sucky suck comments over the years from Sky's David Croft, this one from the Mexico GP just now must go somewhere near the top of the list.

'let's really make the "Karun Chandhok for FiA President" a serious thing'

The vast majority of real F1 fans would revolt if that happened.
Yep. Of course it was said in jest and would never happen. It was said on the back of Chandhok's pro Lando/Hamilton/Horner rants.

But it just shows how biased most Sky UK commentators are when it comes to UK drivers and team principals and which go unmoderated/unchallenged when Martin Brundle isn't in charge.

Karun and Ted are as much anti-Red Bull as they are pro UK really.

Was that before or after he tried to explain how you could use the Fibonacci series to predict a podium finish for Carlos Sainz?
