See you on the 9th green at 9
Or if kozzy pings Harris for holding the ball or Joyce handballs to nobody then Lester knocks it straight to kozzy
That was a deft tap to Kozzy, big O take note

Fages seems to be coaching really well at the moment. Noticeable how many of our players acknowledge him in their media interactions...
Yeah, we haven’t missed Darcy Gardiner in the forward line at all.Who woulda thought Logan Morris would make that much difference

Absolutely. He’s hard at it and he plays mean, niggardly football. Fit, he’s a good back up for Lester and would be in the side rather than Joyce, if Payne is not available. He would have been handy as a defender though.
I didn't think Joyce was as bad as some are saying last night but Darcy would be have been clearly a better option
Pity we were running at about 20% for the 2 years prior.Out of interest I had a look at our win/loss percentage since we came good in 2019.
We are 85-35-1 in the H&A season.
We are 5-6 in finals.
So all up 90-41-1 since the start of the 2019 season, a winning percentage of 68.2%.

You’re welcome Lions SM teamFages also coached his 100th win for the club against Melbourne out of 177 for a 56.78% record.
Take out those first two years when he was building us up and it’s a pretty insane record.
Adam Simpson auditioning for a Lions assistant coaches role in 2025 on Sunday.
You'd imagine Clarko would be all over him like a cheap suit. Obviously they worked together at Hawthorn and also former team mates at North.Fagan, Dew & Simpson is the ultimate coaching panel.

But certainly wouldn't complain about the above arrangement. Soft cap might get interesting...
Surely we can just give them Nerang. Hey it works for Geelong right?Going to pay Dew and Simmo by robbing people with BRAB in Nerang.

Would Simmo jeopardise his million dollar payout for 2025, by taking up an assistant job?
Or would WC be on the hook for the difference between his assistant coach salary and the balance of his payout?
Depends on the wording of his contract and payout. Taking a new job should not result in the loss of benefits from the previous one. I don't believe non-competes exist in the AFL world, although they're also not generally enforceable in Australia anyway.Would Simmo jeopardise his million dollar payout for 2025, by taking up an assistant job?

Fair dinkum? I have a few colleagues and ex-colleagues in the finance sector who would probably be interested in this!I don't believe non-competes exist in the AFL world, although they're also not generally enforceable in Australia anyway.
I did an intro to contract law in uni, so I am by no means an expert but from memory, it comes down to it being illegal for an employer/ex-employer barring someone from plying their trade/expertise to earn a living.Fair dinkum?
