Honestly mate I would trade out Mcveigh to Doc.

Birch has come good in the last few weeks, Mcveigh on the other hand has been ordinary and looking like age is catching up to him. One, if not my worst trade in this year.

As for the 2nd trade I would keep Wines as he is beginning to pump out some good scores. But if you are keen to trade him I would get Treloar, absolute gun who is a bargain at 499K.

have $502,000 to spend on a libba replacement, atm ive gone with Mundy but that could well change later in the week. I was tossing up between Mundy, Gaff, Scully, Treloar, Titchell or BJ. well these were the best of the lads i can afford anyway.

Now i read someone mention Mundy just played a blinder for Pav's milestone im starting to bottle it and im thinking Gaff as the eagles have alot more to play for.

Any advice or stats to sway my mind fellas?

I like league finals.

Trades that were absolutely nuts during the season are now completely reasonable.

Forget about averages- it's all about who's in form.

Petrie?
Rich?
Mundy?
Scully?
Birch?

Even SP Cripps.
All decent options!

1 left! Lids,Hall and Boyd injured. Very light cover with Collins,Menagola and SOS.
might hold for a bottomed out Dahlhouse or for a ruck trade when one of Gawnstein get a week off.
...got a bad feeling the top teams will be resting guys over the remainder of the year...hope I'm wrong.

Isn't there a bye before finals this year? AFL won't tolerate resting.

The battle for % will also prevent the resting... unless you have Neale... then RTT will slap you down...

Def: Docherty, Shaw, Bartel, Laird, Byrne-Jones, Collins (Adams, Hammelman)

Mid: Hennebry, Neale, Parker, Treloar, T. Mitchell, Priddis, Sidebottom, Rockliff (Joyce, Trengove, Phillips)

Ruck: Gawn, Goldstein (Derrickx)

Fwd: Zorko, Franklin, Riewoldt, Kerridge, Dahlhaus, Petracca (2 Donuts)

1 trade and 22k left.

I know i'm stuffed.

If it's all or nothing, use your trade and 22k on field to maximise your go this weekend. You're probably right, Collins is probably your lowest scorer on field, so getting someone to jump him is best.

But if you can field 22 and beat your opponent this week the other argument is to hold that trade until someone (inevitably) gets rested or hurt and at least you'll be able to go premo out premo in.

If Tom Mitchell gets traded to WCE im starting with him next year...
From what I hear he's already packaged up with a brown and gold ribbon, ready to become the new Sam Mitchell.

If that's the case, expect a 105-110 average.

Could be a 3 way trade - Mitchell to Hawks, Hill to Freo, Freo draft pick to Swans.

I wouldn't touch Mundy to be honest going on our constant chop and changing of Fremantles lineup

Three trades left with some money in the bank.

Can turn Gresham into Toby Greene. Worth it? Any better options?

Mcveigh has really been a terrible buy hasnt he ? Youre right i should trade him over Birch .. Just cant see Mcveigh getting mid time with the likes of Parker, Hanners, JPK, Mitchell holding down the fort. Mcveigh Will prob continue to pump out 60 - 90s ..

Considering ive also been looking at Treloar all week ill take your comment as a sign and trade him in. Wines the clanger king cant be trusted !! dead set watched him get 28+ possessions all year and 8 clangers to go with it .. kills his scoring !!

Not entirely sure what to do here fellas. Have to get rid of Libba and Lids, and rookies probably need to be upgraded soon, cash and trades still in the bank, but not sure what the next step is. Any advice?
