Resource Finals Ticketing & Barcodes Thread (SWANS-ONLY)

This will be the place for any ticket and barcode requests folks may have.

MOD NOTICE - PLEASE POST ALL TICKETING AND BARCODE REQUESTS IN THIS THREAD - SWANS SUPPORTERS ONLY.

Will provide links and access to ticketing and member barcode information once more info about each of our finals is released.

To keep things in order, there are a few groundrules for requesting barcodes or tickets, as decided by the mods:

1. You must have been a member of the Bigfooty forums for at least 2 years.
2. You must have made at least 500 posts - some within the past 6 months, including a history of posting on the Swans board.

This is to ensure that users who actually contribute to our online community of Swans fans are looked after and given first opportunity over those who only post when there are barcodes or tickets up for grabs.

If you do NOT meet the above criteria, any request posts you make in this thread will be deleted.

If you DO meet the above criteria, post your requests in here. Any member who has spare tickets or barcodes and is willing to share can DM/Start a conversation with whoever they choose from this thread. It is up to those individuals to decide who they wish to communicate and share their tickets/barcodes with.

Longer it goes, the more I am regretting selecting standing room. Managed to get a seat every GF since 2005. Have a gut feeling the “ballot” will magically select seated only first out of the P2’s and I’ll cop standing.

I doubt that would be the case. We've always selected seat/SR in all the ballots and we have always got a seat.
The only time we had SR was in 2005 when I slept outside the MCG ticket office to get the SR tickets.

Had standing room in 2014 as a P2, must say the Dawk fans made it like hell. Thought my old man was going to get into a scuff. Don't think it would be as bad of an atmosphere as it is the Lions.

I am also still waiting P2, did select standing room for them.

I am usually a side sleeper. I have a bad left shoulder so try to avoid laying on that side as well. I do tend to wake up a bunch as well. A 4 hour block of uninterrupted is good for me and anything over a total of 6 is fantastic

Silly question: my son did our P2 registrations and he used a debit card with heaps of funds in it.
Do debit cards work just like credit cards in this process, or should he have used a credit card?

Yeah not great. Makes you wonder though, A) how the **** did Ticketek justify opening the ballot to Priority 3 or b) how many of the 17,000 tickets for members are actually standing room/restricted viewing.

Their argument for opening P3 will be rejected bank cards, and if another club didn't exhaust allocation it will be given to us,in saying that fees should be refunded if not successful.

I wish it was made known how many people applied for each category before the ballot.

Which brings up another point. If Brisbane's allocation wasn't exhausted, our P3's get a crack at their seats which are potentially better than say the standing room a P2 gets. I know it's selfish but i am hoping and praying I have restricted viewing and not standing.

Not sure how the mechanics work if a club does not exhaust allocation, can't imagine it happens much these days.

I have given up hope of a ticket, demand appears to be significantly greater than the swans last 4 gf appearances.

Hey all. Bit of an update.

Suspect ballot is coming to an end but still some processing to be done. Won't he finalised until end of day today as declined cards then potentially unused lions (but doubtful).

Currently on p2 getting standing/restricted
