$150 seems pretty reasonable.

I love the positivity here, but just 1 question..........

Freo have chased Harry Taylor and Jack Reiwoldt, and failed in both
Yet they say they aren't chasing Buddy!
Something smells fishy to me, especially with Ross Lyon involved!

To me Freo and West Coast are a bigger threat than GWS

West Coast will change the list after their season this year, maybe shedding Cox, Glass, Embly, Nicoski, Selwood and others

Beware the WA sides I say!

I agree and posted previously I think Lyon coming out and saying they won't chase franklin is a smoke screen to divert attention away from them. He admitted he hated the attention the Cloke issues brought and wants to avoid that.. Although we may have more hope of matching their $$$..
 
Agree he looks happy but we are having a very successful season and when he is on the field or in the rooms with his teammates I would expect him to look happy in these circumstances so I can't read anything into this as regards it indicating where he will be next season. Having said that I am still in the 'he will stay' camp at the moment.
 
My 1 question is:


If he is happy now, why hasn't he re-signed yet? All we want is for him to re-sign,and now. IF he stays, why doesn't he re-sign now?. I just wish my niggling mind would stop me thinking the worst thought *Sigh*. One day I think, yep,he's staying, :D'then the next day I think he's going:( I will end up mental before long, lol,probably already reached that point,over a ruddy footballer! grrrrr
 
Saw something mentioned last week about "stay tuned for a big announcement from the club early next week!" or something along those lines.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about here has whatever that announcement was been announced yet? Obviously if it was about Buddy it would've been done so by now though.

Don't stress LMH, I think we all become a little mental over many years of watching footy. It just happens and before we even realise it!!
My theory is that he has agreed to terms and they will announce it between round 23 and the 1st final. Think of the finals campaign we could have! ;)
 
He was running around like a kid at Xmas time playing with all of his toys! That or he has a big secret and the grin kept escaping from the side of his mouth ;)

By not re signing he has already earned himself one extra year and extra $300 000 a year to his contract. Maybe holding for another few weeks may give him another 100 000 a year ;) worth a try.

Fair call, freeo are in desperate need of a forward with Pav getting on....let's hope he remembers that perth is about as exciting as Wet toast (eagles)

There is. Who dares to dream that Buddy celebrated his re-commitment to the Hawks with that performance against the Bombers?
 
just a possibility that 31 July may be a significant timeline in the Buddy contract offer by the Hawks
