Being realistic is acknowledging that Ross the boss wasn’t interested in a rebuild, he went to top up route hoping to bounce back quickly bringing in Kersten, Hamling, Matera, Colyer, Wilson, Lobb, and Hogan. We hit the reset button end of 2019 when Ross and Rosich were both sacked. This is year 5 of our actual rebuild.

This is especially true in most Bigfooty discussions - for example in the ranking of players based upon perceptions of how they played. Finally, later in life, Wittgenstein reconsidered the meaning of language, and arrived at the idea that language does not just allow us to converse as to frame the images of the world, but also to act in a therapeutic manner. We might tell people that everything is "going to be all right for the rest of the season" without that statement meaning anything, except for that perhaps the listener gains some comfort from the person making that statement. This is the space that discussion forums such as Bigfooty lie in.
