I also would not be surprised to see Phil Davis captain GWS one day.

I don't think Selwood is a lock at Geelong either. The media think it is done and dusted but I have a feeling a certain Jimmy Bartel may yet get the nod ahead of Selwood at this stage.

Seems to be a pretty good assessment, except that Pendlebury could conceivably be captain of GWS, leaving Collingwood with O'Brien or Fasolo. Maybe Morabito at Fremantle?

Redden or Rocky or both, I think. Rocky is already in the leadership team. Adcock/Merrett will be the interim captain when Brownie retires.

I hoping Josh Kennedy one day captains the eagles.

I think David and Andrew Swallow will take the reigns one day at their respective clubs.

I doubt Griff will ever be our captain. I'd love him to be, but he just isn't the sort of guy to do it really.
Maybe if he develops his leadership a bit more, but as of now, I would lean towards it never happening.

I honestly don't know who our future captain will be. Maybe someone we draft this year.

Zaharakis would be the clear bookies favorite at this stage.

He leads by example, yes and is well liked, but I think most fans would have someone like MDB or Suban ahead of Barlow.

Also Beau Waters for the Eagles maybe - though I do see Shuey as a good choice for future captain (as an outsider looking in at any rate lol)

Yeah, Fremantle were really hard to judge because I don't see any obvious future leaders. granted I don't watch many of their games.
