Glad your happy with him, because not even the Australian selectors would put up with his rubbish behind the stumps.eddiesmith said:Far from the worst in the world, also would be Australias 2nd best keeper if he was Australian

Renegade said:Nice to start a thread bagging Jones' keeping days after Gilchrist missed numerous stumpings and catches that cost Australia 125 runs from the bat of Michael Vaughan alone. Australia should be 2-1 up.

First of all Gilchrist is proven when it comes to keeping and batting.tris_112 said:Quit picking on the guy. He has improved from the first test, unlike Gilchrist. They have both screwed up with there catching and stumpings. Jones is at least pitching in with the bat and not relying on the tail enders to get them out of trouble for the last two test matches. If you are going to pick why dont you start on Hayden, Katich, Clarke, Gilchrist and even Martyn casue these guys are costing Australia wins.
Have you been waiting 18 years to say this?tris_112 said:cause we cant stand the arrogant pricks that play for australia and we wanna see them lose.
Cooldude said:When Jones has had a career a quarter as good as Gilchrist's, then perhaps you can start making comparsions.
But Jones has been dropping sitters and missing stumpings since he played Tests, Gilly's problem is a form slump, Jones is a genuine lack of skill
