Very much a stark contrast, Carlton are well on the rise and playing cohesive football, we are certainly not.

We’ve got the perfect mix of inexperience youth, battlers with no top gear, cooked older players with nothing left in the tank and a bunch of others who’ve been beaten to a bloody pulp in the confidence stakes in the last 8 weeks.

Going to more games like tonight before the end of the year is out.

Few calls need to be made and a few blokes need to be given a chance to run around in the seniors.

I struggle to see how we make the eight this year on current form.

Increasingly fragile Danger back after 6 weeks, no ruck, denuded midfield, very out of sorts Stewart and SDK, Hawkins done, Duncan done, Tuohy done, Blitz probably done, Cameron suboptimal for ages, Stengle probably on the way out, our future captain out, and good effort in the Magoos not being rewarded. We aren't very good. And won't be for a while.
