there will be heaps of tickets for prelim
crowd will be circa 50k

and the gf will have plenty of tickets if gws get through
I think there'll be a reasonable amount of neutral interest in this game, so I would think AFL & MCC members would be reasonably full. I would have thought over 60k.

Not sure how the AFL structure the general admin prices (I'm an afl member myself), whether there's any 'blockbuster' pricing. This isn't blockbuster in terms of the usual competing team crowd supply & demand, so you'd like to think they'd keep the GA pricing reasonable to attract a few more people. But I doubt it.

I'm pretty certain that the pricing throughout the finals series remains the same throughout. (Except GF).
A category A, B, C etc. would cost you the same at the MCG as it would at Spotless.

When do we find out whether we were successful with the ballot?
Officially:
Members can log onto the Ticketek website or Geelong Cats website from 9am (EST) Monday 26 September to see if they were successful or unsuccessful in the ballot by checking for their Ticketek Account Number. Email notification will also be sent to successful and unsuccessful members by the club on Monday 26 September.
But as others have indicated, your credit card will be debited on Saturday or Sunday so you might be able to tell earlier.

Cool..

If we win the PF

and if I win the ballot..

And if I can duck, weave and go stealth on the minister of War and Finance I got about 48 hours to find a flight, book it, and get covered at work....

Your mission Jim, should you choose to accept it....

I think I'm going to utilise the Telstra deal this time around.

What tickets do they offer for that? I'm eligible but I don't want at the back up the top...
Can you get tickets 9am like other members or is it GA only?

NFI I guess I may find out tomorrow.
If not then we have a tough choice to make...
