I cannot think of a better goal than the Willow/Dew goal. The look on the faces of the entitled in Blue and White immediately after that goal is priceless!

That was the greatest Hawthorn goal. It was at a crucial time in a huge game.

And it was our fatty and softy against THREE defenders.

Just fantastic!

An incrediable amount of work CrazyHawk puts into these videos.
Well done :thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:

CrazyHawk is a champ, he puts up Hawthorn videos on YouTube for our pleasure.

But even better is HawthornHighlights, who's a poster on here. He edits every game so you only get Hawthorn goals and highlights, so you can even watch bad losses!

These boys deserve medals!

Yes but the net revenue per Melb mber increases with the need to pay other club for members to attended designated away entry games. We would end up in a similar financial position just with 5k fewer members.

I suspect that it was still cheaper for the club to pay for designated away game seats that the cost of playing at Etihad.

I'd say this will be out last Tassie deal.

2008 still our best flag.

It signalled our arrival as a league power and put an emphatic end to the mountain of work that everyone had made, commencing in 1996 by Dicker and Scott.

It allowed the club to finally put a close to that chapter of our history and move forward into new one.

Excuse my intrusion fellas. I've been trying to find out how many/if any players requested trades from hawthorn during your premierships?
Everyone knows about Hawthorns great 'culture' and how the playing group buys in, but I'd like to know what that looks like in pure numbers/names. And I'm not talking fringe/VFL players, but actual premiership players(Suckling is not included).

Reason being, already after our flag Hamling and Adams have both requested trades home to WA, and now rumours are circling that JJ is also thinking of heading back to WA. Many are trying to dismiss this as business as usual, so that's why I've been trying to find out how you guys went about premiership retention. Cheers.

Edit: I don't mean the last few years either, with Hill etc. I meant around your first flag/flags.

Franklyn, Anderson, Hill, Lewis are the main ones that specifically requested to leave

Ellis, Hallahan, Cheney, Renouf, Kennedy, McGlynn, Brown and a few others left for more opportunity and to join the expansion teams which were more amicable
