Not a criticism, but I find it amazing that we accept young talls take a lot longer to develop in this day and age (which is generally true).

We were so lucky and probably took it completely for granted when we had Bud and Rough kicking almost 200 goals between them at age 21 in 2008, then Gunston coming to us and being one of our best forwards in a GF also at age 21.

Our forward line was insane, stacked with generational players (Franklin, Roughead, Rioli, Gunston, Breust) and all time greats that would float through and kick bags (Hodge, Burgoyne).

I doubt we'll ever see something like it again.
