Does anyone know the odds / chances on the ballot? Desperately after 3 tickets for 3 very long serving dogs fans. Wondering what my ballot chances are? If not successful very keen for 3 tickets. Driving from Adelaide for game
Cheers

x3 Tickets wanted. Really really want to experience the atmosphere and cheer my team on

May as well get on line too, need to secure a ticket before arranging flights from Perth

Chasing 2, although the ball and chain has given me the ok to go solo if that's what it is

Desperately after 1-2 tickets for myself and the old man (30+ year member).
Don't need to be seated together, will take any seat/standing room ticket that gets us in the ground.
Registered for the ballot but don't like our chances unfortunately.

I'm the same as everyone, in the ballot but hedging my bets. Would love two but will take one, I'll take anything. Will sit, standing, lay whatever. Go the Dogs!!!!!

Here is some stuff from the Ticketek website. The only tickets that you can buy from them are package deals that cost you over $2,000 each. Most are sold out. Strewth, this is all wrong. We the genuine supporter go to the matches and pay our way. Come the end of the year get we are pushed aside in favor of rich dudes. This is putrid.

Now we know why Hawthorn have 70,000 members but only 35,000 or less turn up to matches.

Its their fans buying multiple social club memberships to guarantee them some grand final seats at say $350 each rather than having to pay thousands of dollars or miss out entirely.

It wasn't long ago that I was buying 3 seasons social club memberships each year, but I only bought one this year. I am apparently guaranteed a ticket, seating somewhere, sitting next to god knows who. My mates, who went to all of the matches probably will not get a ticket. This sucks big.

After a single ticket. Have been overseas most of the year! Have been waiting 30 years for this! Please message if you've got one :)
Shared a similar pain in 97/98 and having to ring up the travel agency (no internet sales then) to cancel the trip. Good luck

You're not wrong. There should be another category of 5000 tickets for members (so 20k each club) who have attended but did not get through the first ballot. This would be for rank and file members who have scanned over the past ten years or so, weighted on the current year. So a game seen this year would be worth 1.5 but a game ten years ago may only be 0.7. The top 5000 members remaining in the ballot per club would then be offered the tix.

The only issues I see is interstate games where you may not have been able to scan a tix and friends using your tix and would give your hardcore, maybe less financial fans.

That's a bloody good idea! Can't see the AFL ever getting their act together to offer that facility.

Pretty hard sitting through 60+ pt losses every week over long periods to find out the AFL doesn't value your support at all.

There's only one problem. It involves extra work for them. As a result, no chance.

Hi guys - west coast member here. I'm after 1 ticket for a friend who's a one of you - he took me along to the game last weekend and I'd love to send him down to Melbourne with a ticket. If anyone manages to get extra tickets in the ballot please let me know!

Hopefully you guys all manage to get an allocation on here - can I suggest you all submit purchase request for 4 and then on-sell to your BF family - apart from the senile computer-illiterate fans, you guys are obviously the most passionate in the west and deserve to go.

Hope it's a better day for you than it was for me last year

Waiting on ballot & potential MCC corporate hookup but if they neither of those options bear fruit I'll be desperately seeking 2x tickets, willing to trade for fully functional kidney

Needing 1 ticket. I'm guaranteed a ticket but going to give it to my dad as he's been supporting the club since 1955 when he moved to Aus. I couldn't possibly go to the match knowing that he's missing this moment after waiting so so long.

Don't care about price (within reason), make a profit out me!

Has the ballot been conducted? Am I right to assume that with no pre authorisation on credit card, that I've been unsuccessful?

Looking for a ticket for myself and my grandpa, would be incredibly appreciative - willing to pay top dollar!
