I wouldn't say Port choked, they were beaten by a better team on the day. Port's second quarter was good, but Collingwood's 3rd was the difference, Port didn't show any score board dominace in the 2nd, but on field they were all over Collingwood. Port fought it out, and lost, no choking involved, just lost to a team that was better then them on the day.

Williams shouldn't be the only one to get the blame, many Port players should get the blame. Williams can only coach them, he can't play and win for them aswell.

YAWNNN, at least North and other teams that have judged to have choked have done well in finals - even made grand finals and won them. What have you to say about Port's finals record?

Not happy some of the Coopers Vintage Ale I was enjoying to celebrate the match result, and another wasted season for the chokers, was sprayed after tredrea missed from the millimetre distance.

Also 3 wtr time ****aneen woodwork was great. People talk up his chances of a brownlow - yeah right he won one at a decent club - couldnt even captain the chokers at port for long

Port Adelaide has hit an all time low. Let me explain.

For years I have disliked and supported whoever plays Port. So much so I was going for CWood on Saturday. But something very strange happened as I watched Choko and his players getting flogged...I began to feel sorry for Port !!!

I couldn't believe it...the club I loved to dislike had sunk so low I was feeling sorry for them. Bizarre!

Port have hit a real low now, if I am feeling sorry for them.

PS - It's now official, the AFC were the best option in 1991. First flag in 7th year. Port have not acheived that.

Er, you do realise that by 'North' there I mean North Adelaide? (given it's Roosters fans who have been extracting the urine on this thread - anything to take their mind of their own problems I suppose!)

Port's finals record compared to North's speaks for itself, especially the 89 GF where we kept them to 1.8.14 for the whole match.
