We'll likely have two top 4 picks next year, including a probable pick 1.....

Will Sharp want to move from SA to WA to play for the Eagles, no.
So eagles might prefer to not have a pick1 playing for them who as pick1, probably thinks he should get to choose where he plays.
But I could be completely wrong.

Eagles might go ok this year, or repeat last year and face a Richmond style exodus of their best/ highest trade value players leave ( Allen and Reid).

Lol, why would Sharp not want to go to WA?

SA players tend to love playing in WA.

How? He went at pick 2.

He's also not 'close' mate, they just know each other a bit is all.

Do we draft his entire friendship group?
Unless they are good at football I probably wouldn’t.

Most pro athletes just wanna win. If you’ve got a good team culture you should be right.

You guys had a really good draft this year. Shanahan was so good for Essendon VFL was ready straight away you’ve got some serious firepower now with him/Allen/waterman/ryan/Champion

If you're gonna make statements back them up

I could ask the same of you, but I won’t bother.

If he picks Essendon, they currently have the picks to get it done.

And I’d argue they’re a far more attractive destination than Richmond are right now, despite their issues.

Other clubs will enter the picture too should future pick trading be expanded to beyond 1 year in advance.

If Reid wants out at the end of the year, I’d have Richmond somewhere in the middle of likely landing spots.

Can u state what the picks are, that Essendon have, to get it done?

Here you go…

Here you go…

So picks 8 and 26 will get it done, even though we will have picks 1 and around pick 3?
I think you need to concede you made a mistake.

Never said 8 and 26 would get it done.

That’s also very obviously not just what they have.

It’s right there for you to see and it couldn’t be much clearer, thanks to the great work Lore does.

Maybe you should state the picks instead of getting me to do your research.
They have picks 5, 8, 25 and 26.
Picks 1 and 3 are much better, and I doubt Essendon would offer 4 picks.

Because if he wants to go, West Coast will get rid of him next year so they can cash in.
I disagree unless it’s Richmond. I recon they hold him for 12 months, even if it costs them collateral unless someone stumps up a god father offer.

If he wants out and Richmond is the home, I assume it’ll be spoon number three and they will have all the leverage.
