I rate Murray higher than Petty… Murray is an absolute weapon. Devo’d he did a knee. But he’ll be back mid season and until then Keane, Butts, Borlase and Burgess are servicable enough..

Butts is solid and Keane really started to show his skills and power in those last few games when he came in this year..

petty just seems like a luxury item.

we need a top line mid more. Crows need to stop fluffing around and either get one of those or take the picks to the draft.

It looks like adelaide give up a lot with the two first round picks but there isn't a big difference in the quality of player available at pick 14 in comparison to pick 20, which if 14 isn't part of the trade pick 20 would be instead. Also a factor is the size of the contract that is rumoured to have been offered, front ended at 1mil but averaged out to 800k over the tenure of the deal, which in fairness is commensurate with Ben Mckays contract
