My old man's a Swan. Was in the cheersquad back in the Skilts days. He's coming over for Xmas lunch tomorrow.
Now he hasn't even watched the game yet because he decided about 15 years ago he gets too worked up watching and that it wasn't healthy to get so worked up over a game. He tends to record (Swans games) and watches afterwards if they win...

Well I went to the game and got drunk (before, during and after). And he did allow me to crash on his couch for a few hours on the Sunday as I wasn't in quite the condition initially to make the long drive home. No grief was given by him......
...........but he did then request I buy him the victory pack for Xmas present that year.
