Just like in any drugs scandal...I'd be surprised if any (old) club doesn't have any sort of sexual crime allegations to their names over the years. Carlton confirmed covered up, Saints, Pies and North have had players investigated/charged over differing crimes, I'm sure the other old Vic clubs have covered stuff up too back in the day. Point scoring is literally pointless. "We have less rapists than you" lol good job

What? Think you missed the point of the post mate. The Hawks supporter is defending the wider culture of their club, which is more than reasonable. Regardless of how you word the rape allegations, it does not reflect on anyone but the two alleged rapists. Which was the one and only point of the post.

There's good reasons the AFL tries to make itself appear as a huge supporter of women and offers up (compulsory?) education courses on respect of women (+ gambling + drugs). AFL issue.

Great point. I'm the furtherest thing from a Hawthorn fan but this sort of thing is usually the result of the wider AFL culture and that of society.
Could easily happen at any club no matter the culture or how well it's run.
