I was gunna say: I'm no footy historian, but does 'shot on an angle from just a few steps out, right on half-time, missed by a KPF for the team that was the pre-match favourite but is struggling with its kicking for goal' ring bells for anyone? Eerie.

I will admit i was thinking the exact same too.

Maybe this game will reverse the curse?

Really? Keep that sh*t out of this thread. Nobody cares about Essenscums 'situation' tonight, a real game of footy is happening.

must be my imagination then. Alternatively, you can get stuffed and I'll say what I want.

How is it that a well known Hawthorn supporter in Matthew Nicholls is allowed to umpire a game involving Hawthorn?
He has single-handed kept Hawthorn in this game

Are you for real? Cats have clearly had te rub of the green with the umps so far. Haw's poor kicking for goal was the only thing that kept the cats in it, cats had a burst there in 2nd quarter, but it's gonna turn real ugly for them if the hawks can start finding the target

3rd quarter is Hawthorns time you'd think, they can probably wrap the game up with a really good quarter but if it is close Geelong will be super confident in the last quarter.

Are you on the crack pipe?
SJ pushed in the back play on Gunston goal
Blitz tackled without the ball play on Burgoyne goal
Lonergan pushed in the back by Buddy play on Roughie shot at goal

I know that you like to believe that your team is still relevant. But the last 3 weeks say hi. Nobody cares, just watch the game.

I'm sorry. Would you prefer to talk about your own clubs indiscretions?

Mitchell gets taken high, 2 seconds later Christenson gets a free for high.
