I'm really not sure what's so hard to understand about this transmission concern which is keeping things from being opened right now.

All of you who are complaining about not opening up soon enough have to promise right now, that if they stop this lockdown earlier that you won't be crying out about "repeated lockdowns" if it flares up again.

Why are we talking about stranger to stranger? Isn’t that what a pandemic is? They’ve been called out by epidemiologists that it isn’t more infectious. We are asking for honesty.

Im not going in to bat for harvey norman at all, i just find it hilarious that people want him to pay back jobkeeper but dont scream and shout about the other hundreds of thousands of businesses that did the same thing. Hypocrites.

None of the above businesses broke any laws either, they played by the rules.

Incorrect. They said there were a number (more than 2) but used 2 as an example.

But they still have 8 more cases of unknown contact (other than those two they used as an example).

The stranger to stranger ones are more important than family transmission because it implies more people might be also infected and have no idea about it.

Only 70% of North Melbourne Primary School students/contacts have been tested so far and it's been over a week and there has been a transmission, so there's a good likelihood there's another family full of infected people who haven't come forward.

20 years working in public transport. I reckon he'd know a fair bit about how exponentials work. Moreso than the journos in Australia who are usually stenographers for political PR departments.
