What does this prove?

You could combine any two sides in the competition and they would be unbeatable. Geelong and the Bulldogs, if joined together, would be unbeatable. And they are the bottom two sides.

Nope, he'd be delisted. Buckley, Burns, Lica, West, Brown and then a pick of half a dozen other midfieldrs. O'Bree would down the pecking order.

Fitzroy were far worse then any side in the league now. The Dogs have Johnson, Brown, West, Grant, Smith, Darcy and Murphy who would get a game with every team, Fitzroy had nowhere near that many quality players
