I wished more people watched GCW - man they're putting on a really fun, diverse product at the moment. Today's show was really good.

Their production continues to annoy me. They do it deliberately to retain the grit, I'm sure of it, cos it's gotten worse. Or maybe the budget shrunk when they went on Fite+, cos that probably marries up with their production values consistently going down. (There were always some poorly produced shows, but there were some really professional ones among them - now there's no professional ones.)

I wonder whether regularly investing in guys like ZSJ or Suzuki or Vikinko is a better expenditure of money than trying to improve production and make shows easier to watch.

I reckon it goes to show though, people that lament ECW 22 years after it died who claim they would've been big fans? They wouldn't have - we've pretty much got it right here, and most of them crap on it as a pretender.
