The administration of outgoing United States President Joe Biden has notified Congress of a planned $8bn arms sale to Israel, according to US media reports. The Department of State sent the foreign affairs committees of the House and the Senate the notification on Friday

The weapons will include 500-pound (226kg) warheads, precision-guided munitions, artillery shells, missiles for jets and attack helicopters, and bomb fuses, along with air-to-air missiles to intercept projectiles, the reports said.

In August, Washington approved a separate package worth $20bn, which included jets, military vehicles, bombs and missiles.

In November, the Biden administration approved another $680m arms package to Israel, including small-diameter bombs and precision-guidance kits.

Biden stated, "After I leave office, I can't write a book to rake in the millions because i cant remember a thing, so I'm counting on a payout from the israelis"

Its just a wonderful area to try military equipment out on live people too...and americans can fund it because of a supportive public. It's hard to think of anything negative in the way things are being done. I'm not sure if Trump will want to tweak it. There's a danger that the israelis will want a final solution in gaza, as they are getting increasing annoyed at the hostage situation. I still think that the smart solution is to agree with hamas to get the hostages back and then go back in and finish the job. I think the houtis and iran will provide enough opportunities for the arms sales side of things and allow netty to stay at war. I get the feeling that israel and trump will want to clear the gaza issue off the map and pursue the next stage.

The video was kind of a "best of" which explains the editing. I had a bit of a look at another video which is more rambling. He had an argument with a guy about who was a caanite and it went on for ages. However that was about it for my research. He's 20 years old so you cant expect too much, but I like his idea of just presenting young israelis in tik tok exchanges. The israelis seem pretty dosed up with propaganda and are fairly stupid, but kids everywhere are like that.

But i think he presents as reasonable (most of the time) and he is a template about how the palestinians can win the propaganda war....but I'm afraid they left it too late. Like the BDS. And the palestinian lobbying in the US now....all of it is too late. They're stuffed.

i posted a story earlier of a jewish man on a plane complaining about a hostie wearing a watermelon badge. I had to find out the relevance. It seems that as a result of israeli banning the palestinian flag in the west bank, the watermelon has become the item to "show the colours". Evidently its been around a while, but it is resurging, hence the jewish guy wanting to stamp it out.

I think I might go to amazon and see if i can get a couple, before the local lobby convinces albo that watermelons should be banned.
