If GC wont deal then I suppose he goes to the ND and we use pick 10 but GC gets nothing. Would you be happy for Essendon to use pick 1 in the ND to get him?
The real question is, is JOM willing to risk the chance of being picked up by another club (possibly from outside of Vic) by entering the ND? Is Hawthorn really that clear a choice over Essendon, a fellow Melbourne club that he met with multiple times and did a medical with and can pay him whatever he wants?
Hawthorn are a 90% chance to get a trade done, but it will be very interesting if they don't.
