What?He is half right. It was totally pre-planned. Adelaide enquired about JHF. He says he’s staying at North. Adelaide commit all their draft capital and salary cap space to a half forward flanker. Suddenly, with one team in the home market, JHF wants to come home. Deal done. If Adelaide hadn’t committed to Rankine, North would have said They will only take the best bid. A master stroke by Davies and JHF.
But he’s half wrong. It’s not draft tampering- there was no draft involved, you idiot! And all parties to the transaction consented.
He’s right to be p!seed though. His parents bought him a shiny new Matchbox Ferrari and just as he was about to brag about it to the kid next door, the kid next door was getting the keys to a real Ferrari from his parents.
Please tell me this is true, good old Snake, the delusion was strong in that one.I think that’s our old mate snake baker. Very much a north fan.
Remember when he came on here to brag about how Jasper Pittard had reduced his clanger numbers since moving to Norf, but it turned out he was actually quoting Jasper's clearance numbers? Please tell me this is true, good old Snake, the delusion was strong in that one.
It is exactly how it works. Boy says he’s homesick. North entertain bids. Boy nominates Port but the Cow offer is much better. North list managers copped enough sh!t as it was doing the deal. If there was a better one, there’s no way the deal to port gets done. Remember he was contracted for another year. They either trade with Adelaide or wait a year.That. Is. Not. How. It. Works.

I think Tef used to be his name on bigfooty too.I bet Tef is actually his real name.
He looks like a Tef.
Well we are talking about Nth Melbourne as a comparison.“The level that we’re training at here is something I’ve never seen before”
JHF is absolutely loving the competitive feel around Alberton

The Crows could have offered their entire list plus ten first rounders. So could have any other club, for that matter. If Jason doesn't want to go there, it's immaterial. It is exactly how it works. Love that he's still throwing these backhanders at norf.
It's ok. The boners don't count. The sad thing about Jason is that he won't be a one club player
No one will ever remember he played for them. Similar to Buckley playing for Brissy. The sad thing about Jason is that he won't be a one club player
Well, **** me sideways, I'm actually in agreement with Janus for once.I'd expect exactly the same comment from any player who was going from a bottom four team to a team that should be pushing for top four and a flag. Port and North are at completely different levels of list development - our training levels SHOULD be much higher than that of North's, based purely on the level of talent on our list.
It's not pumping up Port's training standard, nor is it denigrating North's training standard. If you want to see someone having a dig at his old club, look at how Dunkley is going about it at Brisbane:
“It’s been a great pre-season so far. The boys have come back really fit and are running really well, which has been a bit of a change-up for me too because we didn’t really run a lot at the Dogs – as much as we do here.”
