They are the players we continue to lose for huge chunks of seasons. Give up Pies. It's not meant to be. I heard up to 8 weeks so I don't know where optimists are pulling a week or two.
He'll probably be back just in time for his court appearance.
What kills me is the fact that he is in red hot form. Who knows how he will come back and whether he has the confidence and touch.
Just last night David King said we can't win the flag without DeGoey. I sniffed in disdain. Maybe we'll find out.

Just one effing year without losing key players-is that too much to ask?

It can be that long because it means a ligament in his finger needs to be re-attached and ligaments take a long time to heal.

Had surgery on or around Feb 28. Round 3 was April 6. That's 5 weeks.

If this turns out to be 5 weeks I think that'd be a good result.

Again I’m simply stating which is backed up by stats, we are hit harder through injury than any other club. It gets old. Check out bris and ports injury lists atm. Playing eagles without Howe, degoey and Sidebottom is less than ideal.... the positive is we do have real depth, but we need to be full strength to have a decent crack.
