i reckon this would look really good and evoke the prison bars if you had a horizontal white line cutting the stripes off at the chest, like the prison bars. it's a reference to the same structure (wharf pylons) but it's clearly a distinct design so there's no risk of diluting that history by compromising it

I've always been of the opinion that GC need to ditch the blue, but the one with white in the middle is delish, great away kit and an evolution of their current side panel design

Speaking of Gold Coast, I was playing with some ideas around the use of aqua/teal rather than blue. I cheated and used AI but it is an interesting combo.

I wouldn't mind seeing that colour combination for a Canberra team, it's look national capital to me.

Also of all the designs above port one looks the best, looks great. They need more teal in their jumpers.

The red is better than the blue I guess. The stripes certainly shouldn't continue up the back. The blue jumper might be better with a blue collar?

Either way, not great for Gold Coast. I think the racing stripes would be good though. Yellow/yellow or yellow/white. Not blue.

Has a very 'Dolphins' feel to it although that ship has probably sailed now with the NRL's Redcliffe team

Gold coast needs to drop the blue and only use as an alternate jumper colour.
E.g. Red, yellow and maybe white for Home and away.
Blue and yellow for clash/alternate.
