Well it's Friday night or in this case in SA, it's Saturday morning.
Dockers have next weekend off with round zero.
But Brisbane in Perth won't be easy in round 1.

If we are bottom 4 then it won't happen
I want the best coach in the comp coaching freo. I'm not going to judge him on a pre season game like many on here when we have Jackson Amiss Cox Chapman Wagner O'Driscoll Emmitt Walker out and replaced with WAFL standard players who are our depth while taking on a potential top 4 side.
Some people get the daggers out instantly with zero perspective
I feel like JL is like a French general in WW2. Employing cavalry and fixed positions while times have moved on and the opposition is employing blitzkrieg.
I think making finals or not won’t determine his contract. I think we need to win more than we lose or have an even ledger. If we lose 10 or less they will see that as no improvement.
We are missing 4 or 5 b22 players today obviously, but it’s the conservative ball movement that’s the worry for Freo fans.

It will be five years and we will still be unsure if we are on track or lost in
transition.
If we don’t enquire about Scott, and let’s face it he will surround himself with
what is required, not what he thinks will work.
He is an instant upgrade, end of story.

We should be doing this behind the scenes now on the quiet.
Jlo is a good bloke no doubt, but I wouldn’t want him by my side going to war.
Has done a good job getting the club back on its feet
But if we want to be a big club of the AFL, we need a brand or style that puts
us in the picture.

Contracted until the end of '26 apparently.
Ffs so they will have to mutually part ways for anything to happen.
Well he was only contracted to 2024 so we should have enquired last year.
There is no outside thinking at this club
But you could of said that about Hardwick, but maybe there is some truth in Beveridge?

Yeah looks like it man.
As far as I can see, he's about the only coach I'd really consider as a replacement.

As pissed as I was at our game style last night, too early to make a call on JL.
He may well address the areas we were poor in between now and round 1.
But I was really in his corner until last night, but seeing the same deficiencies as last year is very concerning. I’m now in the camp of finals or out.

No to Bevo. He’s just a creepy dude and inconsistent teachings in coaching.
We turned the corner late last year. Why did he decide to go back to rd 1 2023 gameplan. It’s outdated. Worked out.
