No - we would need a 20 year old KPF who doesn't really want to come here, but begrudgingly does, then becomes one of the best FF of his generation and 10 years later plays in a premiership with us.

I'm kind of angry for Brisbane here because if Beams came to the party a week earlier you would've had a much stronger position in negotiating.

Best case for Brisbane is they now put the onus of negotiating for Neale over to Collingwood and get them to satisfy our needs without giving up pick 5. Given Bells position however this seems unlikely.

Peter Bell is the devil by all accounts. Seems like he is the type of bloke who would cut off your hands and ask you to clap.

Pretty sure he is also responsible for the drought, the wage gap and global warming.

Team continuity looked good last season and has the potential to build on it.

Looks like Zorko and Neale will have to carry the younger guys for another year or two

Not sure lions have the supporter currency to keep up with that. Might need to get Collingwood involved to up the fan campaigner and give them some extra posts that freo require.
