Morning Bears. It's a strange feeling today, things could be alot worse but Its early days and I still feel like we have the list to go deep into finals. The leadership group is doing a great job of holding the group together and our very own MBP is busy producing various pills to help, which is greatly appreciated.
The rookies are coming along beautifully and the Bears match thread still remains the place to be during the week.

We've got some great participation out there, we're all on the same page and are enthusiastic and willing. We keep fronting up like this and you just know the results will start falling our way. Until then we just get to have a bloody good time!

I’ll come with ya mate, my season started off very slowly and has gone downhill from there.
I’m going that bad I’d probably even pull myself off the ground.

Slowly compiling a montage of BEAR WARRIORS in preparation for later in the season.

For most of us, difficulty level is about 1 - matching the right image with the right player is just a function of instinct/learning/understanding....plus, we're blokes, so lots of choice for warrior bear imagery - tends to be a pretty masculine search parameter.

For MWPP, difficulty level is 3, due to : SELECT (female bear image=1), SELECT (kawaii bear girl=0), SELECT (wearing bikini-as-armour=0)

For xenxen, difficulty level is 5, due to: SELECT (female bear image=1), SELECT (kawaii bear girl=0), SELECT (wearing bikini-as-armour=0), SELECT (I no warrior=1), SELECT (being kind of a warrior=1)

*edit - I should add it is a lot of fun though, and in no way do I consider trawling through various sites looking for the right pictures a pita - music, coffee, a kitten....all good

These levels confuse me but I will say this that xen's copped plenty o shit about the league for a few seasons and she still rocks up and helps us get it done each week. A warrior to me, but if she doesn't see it that way that's cool too only that it makes it rough as we can't run with XENXEN WARRIOR PRINCESS.

Our first matchup was my quietest week by a fair margin . I actually struggled against them, and also more recently when they invaded our match thread. I think everyone clicks with different posters/teams though, which is great- adds to the variety

No - only referencing the 'I no warrior' comment in our game thread vs the Dragons...when clearly Xen IS a warrior A warrior who doesn't want to be solely identified by her warrior attributes - kinda like you MWPP actually, except you've come to enjoy smiting the enemy hip and thigh, whereas Xen is still unsure if doing so expresses her warrior self in the fulsome manner her soul seeks.

In other words, you seem happy enough to clear a room of goblins/opposition qooty players with a big hammer or a 12d6 fireball, whereas Xen might be more inclined to just cast a sleep spell on the enemy and sneak past them
