Referring to Boyd at the Doggies just now on channel 7. Quite vindictive. I usually like what he has to say, but this is unfair and unwarranted in my opinion.

Clubs are making the assumption that the salary cap will grow significantly over the next half decade, meaning what looks like unaffordable huge money will be less so then.

Funny because he's probably spent the last 10 years saying the Dogs need to find a key forward. Good on the dogs going hard. Who knows if it'll work out but I'd never hope that a young guy doesn't make it. Whatever lesson you hope it means for the league.

From my view, I don't think the reason justifies the statement, hence I omitted it. But yes it is out of context as such.

Nope did not mention that at all. Just how much he is earning. Seemed really harsh in my opinion. He wants Boyd @ the Dogs to fail just to teach clubs a lesson on financials.
