Even if The Bont left the Dogs (and there's only about a 1 percent chance of that happening) no way would he go The Eagles, your just not a 'destination club' despite being (probably) the 2nd wealthiest club in the league.

The WA clubs just have trouble luring big name stars over to your State, mind you Collingwood for all their wealth, haven't managed to recruit an established big name star since Luke Ball.

I think its bit of a fallacy to say the richer clubs are going on a snoop and grab raid on less affluent clubs players TBH
