AFLW 2024 - Round 10 - Chat, game threads, injury lists, team lineups and more.
You may want to think of trading slightly differently. You give away something that's surplus to your requirements for something that's surplus to the other party's. Really the only way it works to overall advantage. We need yet more midfield depth, so to trade one of the stalwarts would be a mistake imo.
Totally agree we need more KP depth - in fact there's a starting spot for someone even remotely competent.
Pretty surprised to be honest as he can barely get on the park but he is still only 25 and wouldn't be on much coin.
So are
I will think of trading the way I see it, ie. you have to give up something to get something. I see our dire need for KP talent.
I really like Barlow, but the game is called football for a reason - Its played best by foot and if you cant kick very well, you wont play very well.
So do you really like him or think he doesn't play football very well?
Its not rubbish, simply trying to find a way to get some KP talent to the club.
I'm not on the Barlow bandwagon, his kicking is suspect, and yeah he gets a lot of the ball, but what's the use when he turns it over regularly.
Its not Dockerland here mate, everyone is entitled to an opinion - might be rubbish in your eyes, but our lack of key forward /back talent is rubbish in my eyes. What's going to happen in two years? We will have a gun midfield and no KP talent. Hawthorn proved that making the hard decisions - Kennedy (famous name for Hawks) got them some very useful talent in return. Kennedy is every bit the player that Barlow is and they traded him. 1 part of their premiership puzzle.
I do think Ellis is likely to come to us during the free agency period but I don't really rate him much at all to be honest. If he could get himself fit, he would bring run and carry to the side and the only play I can see him replacing is De boar.
I don't understand this.

I do not see collingwood losing a player of his quality, very unlikely.
buddy's quality.
would do. Pav, Sandi, Mcpharlin could all be gone freeing up tons and tons of space.True, it would take a special offer. 4 years, 2.8 million
