List numbers for 2012

Assume we will have the following:
- 38 players on Primary list
- 2 players on Veterans list (Tarrant, Johnson)
- 6 players on Rookie list (Mooney, Cribbin plus 4 others)
- 1 or 2 Additional Rookie list (Hartley & maybe Caracher?)

*believe that we must give Irish rookies 2 year contracts (so Cribbin to stay)
*all other rookies 1 year contracts (so all other current rookies can be released)
*Reed has already been on rookie list for 3 years, hence he must go on primary list or be delisted? His time is up.

32.1.3 Eligibility
A Player is eligible to be nominated as a veteran Player or included
on a Club’s Veterans List (”Veteran”) if in the case of all other Clubs,
the Player:-
(i) is 30 years of age or older as at 30 September during the
relevant AFL Season; and
(ii) has been included on the relevant Club’s List (excluding the
Rookie List), for a period of 10 complete years.

Tarrant had 9 years with Collingwood then 4 with Freo & then 2011 with Collingwood, so he has 10 years on Collingwood list. The rules do not mention 10 consecutive years, so I assume he is eligible.
