Gibson wanted out yes.......chasing success when it wasnt easy for him to see where we as a club were going. He's seen a lot nowadays in the social pages of the heraldsun and yeah he's pretty disapointed that he didnt win the GOLDEN FIST AWARD from Danny Frawley. How many premiership medalions does he have ATM??
Hale on the other hand was on the outer because we didnt have the quality in our mids (then) to deliver the ball to him as a leading forward........When Laidley was coach he wanted to offload Hamish Mc and keep Hale with Goldsteins star starting to burn brighter. BScott went the other way. In hindsight Hale might have been a better option now hey??

Adelaide have also been on record saying that they rate Giles
