Odd. There's already a thread going that says he has all but signed with Collingwood. Have Melbourne made a last minute offer to gazzump them?

In the past month or so he's been a confirmed signing for Collingwood, Carlton and Melbourne. He's spreading himself a bit thin.

Melbourne aren't in contention for a premiership in the next three years and Lynchy won't go any longer than that. It seems counterproductive to sign him rather than get games into a youngster like Gawn or Fitzpatrick.

True. Although getting Lynch doesn't preclude us from playing Fitz or Gawn. If we nab Lynch Collingwood would have to be very keen on trading for Stef Martin potentially for Wellingham to free cap space, leaving us able to play one of our young rucks as a 3rd tall forward.

Love the Fremantle obsession with Schwab. Last year it was Clark who was the joke 'on 800k'. Then we find out he's actually on 500k and would have won the Dockers the flag. If the coach wants Lynch, I want Lynch. Remember GC turning him down due to age in 2010? How silly they look.

Yeah Pretty Much.

Looks like no one has a Clue where he is Going.

Seems like people in Melbourne are Saying he is off to the Pies and People in WA are saying elsewhere
