We should beat Sunderland today... But there have been far too many games we 'should' have won.

We won't get much higher in the league than we are now without a massive transformation in performance.

Still one of the most ridiculous things to happen on a football pitch. How the ref didnt see it and rule out the goal is just crazy.

He did see it.

It was clearly just a masterstroke by the best manager in the business. :)

I think City will do them 3-1.

Kun could have a field day.
Fun fact. We've only conceded 3 goals once this season. To your mob.

We've also had 3 clean sheets in our last 4 PL games.

All of that means absolutely nothing tonight though :D

I don't remember the last time I was this nervous before a game!

As much as a loss won't define our season, I've been dreaming of what a win would do for the mentality of the squad for the rest of the season. I normally expect to lose most games but I've started believing anything is possible with this squad - why not? Our players definitely believe they can beat anyone!

Now watch us get smashed...

I'm not expecting to get any points against Chelsea. Couldn't beat them when we should have at OT, won't at SB.
We will get up, we simply must. With the emotions of this weekend the supporters will be filthy with a loss, still a very sombre day and time of reflection for many of the older fans. Hopefully the players respond

after reading the first page of this thread why do so many prem league fans think their team will always lose, even though theirr team is far superior...? It's really weird.

Are you familiar with the concept of superstition?
