I love it. Give specific examples and descriptions of your opinions or arguments and the best comeback (and rude assumption) is "what would you know you've never played the game". And that's rational discussion +argument too.

btw the PepperPower fend off one.. SPP was trapped against the boundary line as well? I could make many a video of the tackles Priddis misses - just like all players do. Ones where mr super vice grips don't stop the opposition player from getting the ball out. It happens all the time, and not just Priddis. There are 2-3 him on Fyfe alone even in the latest video I've done.

Is Michael Jordan not the best ever offensive basketball player? He's not the one with the most points accumulated though is he. Make the same kind of counter argument/s about the best ever tackler based on whats actually done and required in tackling, and you don't know what you're talking about apparently.

If Priddis isn't the best tackler in AFL history, he's certainly one of the best. You don't get to have the most tackles of all time, the highest average tackles per game in the top 15 tacklers, and be represented in the top 10 most tackles in a season 3 times (no-one else is in there more than once) unless you're a pretty bloody good tackler.

Seriously...the guy has so many obvious flaws and all you're doing by crapping on about his tackling is making people question your better points because they're losing respect for your opinions.

I have already said it in this thread. Matt has so many weaknesses in his game, most of them athletic or directly impacted by his lack of athleticism, that you can attack freely and with good merit.

Trying to belittle him as a tackler is petty in the extreme.

Guys you need to stop embarrassing yourself by hanging on the " greatest tackler in the game" BS. It is only one aspect of the game. It wont matter at all when you are below avg in almost every other areas for an in and under midfielder at an AFL level. Top 10 tacklers in the game this year are:

• Sloane
• Zorko
• Brad Ebert
• Bont
• Tom Mitchell
• Matt Priddis
• Jack steele
• Clayto oliver
• J Viney
• Scott Pendelbury

You look at this list and it is quiet clear that matt as an overall player sits at bottom 3 on the list. Almost all of the guys in that list crap all over Matt in other areas of the game and have similar numbers to him in tackling ( which is his bread and butter). I truly believe this year having only sam in the middle would have made us a more fluid team. Basically, every game we play with 21 players. You leave Matt on his own double team on our more dangerous players like Yeo and Shuey and we still haven't accepted it. TreloAR, TAYLOR ADAMS, SIDEBOTTTOM, will have a field day.

I still hold out hope Matt will do the righty and either retire at the end of the year or move into more of a developmental role at EP with more of a break glass in case of emergency thing for AFL level.

Maybe we could Fraser him to the Rookie list and he can win a Sandover. There might be something poetic about that. Circle of life etc

But here is the problem. Who said I responded to you?? I posted on the thread. I dint quote you, I didn't respond to you nor did i mention you. It was related to Priddis hence I posted in his thread. You on the other hand responded to me. You chose to do that not me. Nobody forced you.
