Could it be that Davis is there to ensure there is congruency amongst asst coaches, development coaches, with regard to the gameplan's execution .....less time for Nicks to be undertaking the task, meaning more time with his players coaching

Listening to Ned on 5AA he did say that Nicks is the type of coach who is unlikely to tear strips off a player. He remembers only getting one roast (and what he said was quite tame).

We know Nicks is a highly reactive coach most interested in short term thinking.

The club not liking that is certainly interesting but I would say they incentivise it

Actually going into the finals, Richmond were the better team with form. They only finished half a game behind us and for R7 to R9 they lost three games in a row by less than a kick.

We didn’t dominate the year at all - we had a 15-6-1 record. Pretty average for a Minor Premier.
