Nothing was accurate, ok line by line:

Did we re-sign Nicks after a loss?
Did we miss finals again?
Did we have an internal review?
Did the review appoint a coaching director?
Did said coaching director say only 2 days ago that his role included “staying on top of the processes of an AFL game, ensuring we go into a game with a plan and we stick to it”

It’s clear as day - if we fail in 2015 it will be Nicks fault, but if we have a strong year it will be other reasons for our success - recruits, or new coaching Director

Nicks didn’t have a great 2024 and the club resigned him too early, but you can’t change that now……. Heading into 2025 he’s job on the line - fail to play finals and he’s gone, play and win finals he stays

The equation is that simple

Mitchell, Bevo, Clarko and McRae are coaches that spend time visiting other successful programs

Craig Bellamy at the Storm is arguably one of the best coaches in Australia, he spends much of his off season visiting various sporting organisations around the globe

He's been at the club for 5 years and hasn't made finals yet. He should have been sacked years ago.

This is as proactive a move as the club have made in 5 years.
Im just hoping they keep him there until next season is over.
