It's great that he seems to have recovered, but he's not owed adoration or gift horses in the form of high-paying TV gigs.

When it comes to sporting heroes, people are very quick to forget things like he held a screwdriver to the mother of his children and said he would bury her alive, make sure she never sees her kids again, stalked her and put the fear of god into her. I'm glad he's better but there is something disconcerting about putting him up for family entertainment or adoration.
